  • Proactively engage in preventive maintenance in construction trades
  • Utilize ladders, scaffolds, and lifts for various tasks.
  • Execute snow removal duties.
  • Collaborate effectively with other skilled trades.
  • Maintain meticulous records and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Actively participate in team meetings
  • Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Exhibit outstanding carpentry skills and electrical knowledge.
  • Display proficiency in commercial plumbing.

Experience:
